About the role
The Account Officer will work at our Chefchaouen branch, providing courteous and professional service to clients who visit the agency. You will ensure fast, reliable processing of both front‑office and back‑office banking operations while maintaining high standards of information accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome clients courteously and address their needs promptly.
- Execute teller and back‑office transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide clear, reliable information in response to client inquiries.
- Support overall client‑service quality through attentive service.
- Drive commercial effectiveness in handling banking operations.
- Manage operational risk associated with banking transactions.
Required profile
- Minimum education: BAC+3.
- Strong client orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work closely with clients.
