About the role
The Account Manager (IFRANE) will work within a CIH BANK branch, providing courteous and professional service to clients who visit the agency. The role focuses on delivering fast, reliable front‑office and back‑office operations while ensuring accurate information is communicated to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome clients with a courteous and professional attitude.
- Execute all teller and back‑office transactions quickly and accurately.
- Provide reliable information in response to client inquiries.
- Contribute to high‑quality customer service through effective client interaction.
- Drive commercial effectiveness in handling banking operations.
- Manage operational risk associated with banking transactions.
Required profile
- Minimum education: BAC+3.
- Strong client orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of rigor, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proximity to client needs and ability to build trust.
