About the role

The Bank is looking for a proactive Account Manager to join its Taounate branch. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a courteous and professional experience while handling daily banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients courteously and professionally at the agency.
• Ensure speed, accuracy and reliability of all teller and back‑office transactions.
• Provide precise and reliable information in response to client inquiries.
• Contribute to high‑quality customer service through attentive reception.
• Drive effective commercial actions while processing operations.
• Manage and mitigate risks associated with banking transactions.

Required profile

• Minimum education: BAC+3 (Bachelor’s degree).
• Strong customer orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Rigorous, organized and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to build close relationships with clients.
