Chargée de facturation

About the role

The Billing Officer will join the Administrative and Financial Management team in Casablanca, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing while upholding quality, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with Quality, Hygiene, Safety, Environment and Energy (QHSEE) rules.
• Manage the full cycle of client invoices, guaranteeing data reliability and consistency.
• Ensure accounting operations related to invoicing are compliant with internal policies.
• Prevent delays in forwarding documents to internal departments such as accounting and headquarters.
• Maintain and monitor the client portfolio and outstanding balances.
• Protect the confidentiality of all financial information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2) in management, finance, accounting or a business school with a banking/finance specialization.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar invoicing or billing position.

Required skills

• Strong finance and accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency with management systems and ERP tools.
• Familiarity with integrated management standards ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.
