Chargé(e) Moyens Généraux – Support aux magasins

About the role

The General Services Officer will join the Market Business Unit to provide essential support to Carrefour stores across Casablanca and its surroundings. You will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities, equipment, and services operate smoothly, contributing to the company’s cost‑reduction goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a diagnostic of general‑services needs for each store.
• Supervise and monitor maintenance, repair, and new‑installation projects.
• Ensure the proper functioning of installations, equipment, and other assets.
• Align activities with the company’s overall strategy, especially cost‑reduction objectives.
• Track and coordinate the repair of service vehicles.
• Manage the procurement of fuel cards and highway toll cards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar general‑services or facilities role.
• Ability to drive performance within the assigned scope and monitor key indicators.
• Strong negotiation skills for contractual and promotional purchases.
• Dynamic, rigorous, and comfortable interacting with various stakeholders.
