About the role

The Agency Manager will lead MYMOBIRENT's Casablanca branch, driving revenue growth, ensuring profitability, and delivering high‑quality service throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the agency, including reservations, deliveries, returns, and vehicle availability.
• Supervise and schedule the agency team, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Ensure compliance with commercial, administrative, and financial procedures.
• Monitor commercial performance, customer satisfaction, and execution quality.
• Handle complex complaints and resolve sensitive client situations.
• Develop local sales, partnerships, and business opportunities.
• Produce regular activity reports and track key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum Bac+3) in commerce, management or related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in agency management, vehicle rental, hospitality, tourism or a service‑intensive environment.
• Strong leadership, commercial sense, rigor, result orientation and a customer‑service mindset.
