About the role

We are seeking a Head of Offer & Performance to lead the offer strategy, monitor commercial performance and support decision‑making to drive sustainable, profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the offer strategy aligned with commercial goals and customer expectations.
• Track and optimise performance indicators such as revenue, margin, average basket, retention rate, product availability and profitability.
• Identify growth levers, conduct profitability analyses by category, assortment, geography or customer segment, and recommend improvement actions.
• Provide strategic analyses and build dashboards and decision‑support tools to measure the impact of commercial and promotional actions.
• Develop forecasting models and performance monitoring frameworks.
• Lead and develop the performance analysis team, coordinate cross‑functional steering committees and ensure data reliability.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, customer relations, product and finance teams to align business priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimisation and digital transformation projects.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 8‑10 years of experience in commercial performance, category management, offer management or activity steering, preferably in FMCG, retail or distribution.
• Proven team‑leadership and transversal project‑management experience.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Result‑oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
