About the role
As a Chef de Partie at Hilton, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional hospitality by preparing high‑quality dishes and ensuring a memorable guest experience. You will work in a dynamic hotel kitchen, supporting the culinary team and upholding the brand’s standards of excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and plate dishes according to standard recipes, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Supervise line cooks, providing guidance and support, especially when senior chefs are absent.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, preventing cross‑contamination.
- Monitor ingredient quality, ensure proper storage, and manage stock rotation.
- Assist in controlling food costs and contributing to departmental financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
