Chef De Projet Construction Senior

About the role

The Senior Construction Project Manager will be the guarantor of overall site success, ensuring alignment between architectural vision, budget constraints, schedule commitments and quality standards. Reporting to senior leadership, the role oversees projects from feasibility studies through to hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Lead construction, renovation and fit‑out projects from design phase to delivery.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise all stakeholders including design offices, contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with budgets, contractual deadlines and quality norms.
• Act as the main interface between design teams, internal stakeholders and clients.
• Identify, assess and mitigate technical, financial and scheduling risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Bac+5) specialized in civil engineering, building or project management.
• 10‑15 years of experience in site management or execution‑stage project management.
• Proven leadership and strong interpersonal skills with clients, architects and trade professionals.
• Excellent analytical ability and a keen sense of organization.
