Chef de Projet Cyber Transformation

About the role

Bank of Africa is seeking a Cyber Transformation Project Manager to drive its cybersecurity transformation programme. The role focuses on embedding security requirements from the earliest design phases of IT and application projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of cyber transformation projects, from scoping and planning to execution and production rollout.
• Integrate security requirements during the design stage of information system and application initiatives.
• Coordinate business, IT, security teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Monitor milestones, resource loads, risks and prioritize actions across the programme.
• Oversee security validation phases and certify solutions before go‑live.
• Provide regular progress reporting to programme governance bodies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in cybersecurity, information systems or project management.
• 4–7 years of experience managing IT and cybersecurity projects, including application security.
• Experience with cloud environments, network infrastructures or regulated sectors is preferred.
• Proven ability to embed security early in project lifecycles.
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders.
