Chef de Projet Organisation

About the role

The Organization Project Manager will join the Organization and Process Re‑engineering department of CIH BANK. The role focuses on managing and improving the bank's processes and organizational structures to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Define, plan and supervise the implementation of organization‑related projects.
• Continuously update the existing process map and analyse processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Propose and implement solutions to optimise structures, processes and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with business units and IT teams to ensure alignment of organizational initiatives.
• Develop and execute change‑management plans to support transitions to new structures or ways of working.
• Draft procedures and operating manuals and provide post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Master’s level education (BAC+5) from a business school or engineering school.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the banking sector.

Required skills

• Familiarity with project management tools.
