Cloud Program Analyst

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is seeking a Cloud Program Analyst to drive and manage cloud programs across multiple regions. Reporting to the Global Lead for Microsoft Modern Workplace & Copilot, you will collaborate with Microsoft and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution. This is a fully operational, non‑technical position focused on program governance and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage global programs such as Microsoft CSP, Modern Workplace, and Copilot, overseeing funding and execution.
• Serve as the primary liaison between suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Lead multi‑country program delivery, aligning with business objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Educate and support stakeholders on cloud program capabilities and partnership opportunities.
• Monitor, analyze, and report program performance, identifying improvement areas.
• Support governance processes and ensure compliance with internal and supplier standards.
• Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes and handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Required profile

• Project management experience in a global, multi‑country environment.
• Strong analytical abilities with data interpretation and decision‑influencing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset comfortable in a fast‑paced setting.
• Experience in process optimization, documentation management, and program governance.
