Description du poste

About the role

TE Connectivity is looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst II to define, lead and govern the deployment of the TEOA (TE Operating Advantage) system across the plant. The role aligns continuous improvement initiatives with business strategy and Plant manager directives, driving operational excellence and measurable gains in productivity, quality, delivery and cost. It differs from the Analyst role, which focuses on execution and support.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and deploy the TEOA master plan and roadmap, including star-level progression and maturity targets, and act as governance owner of TEOA deployment across the site(s).
  • Lead, coach and develop TEOA analysts, CI engineers and site practitioners; build Lean capabilities and run training and certification programs for TEOA tools.
  • Own and track TEOA KPIs (productivity, lead time, OEE, inventory, cost savings) and ensure financial savings targets are met and reflected in the P&L.
  • Oversee value stream transformations (VSM, flow optimization, pull systems) and the systematic deployment of lean tools such as 5S, TPM, SMED, Standard Work and Visual Management.
  • Drive cultural change toward continuous improvement, champion the Lean mindset, and promote sharing and replication of best practices across sites.
  • Report progress to the Plant Manager and regional/global leadership, lead TEOA reviews, audits and star assessments, and facilitate cross-site collaboration and benchmarking.

Required profile

  • Masters' or engineering degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, production, logistics or industrial engineering.
  • Previous experience leading continuous improvement activities on site or value stream level (Lean Leader or similar) preferred; full TEOA training will be provided, possibly at another site and with some overseas travel.
  • Hands-on experience with value stream mapping and TEOA tools, having led at least 15 Kaizen events with proven results in areas such as 5S+1, Visual Factory, Standard Work, Quick Changeover and TPM.
  • Fluent spoken and written English; local language is essential.

Required skills

  • Strong communication and coaching skills, from shop floor to top management.
  • Strategic thinking and tactical execution, with strong project management skills.
  • Analytical, data-driven approach and ability to handle complex situations.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary package.
  • Performance-based bonus plans.
  • Health and wellness incentives.
  • Community outreach programs and charity events.
  • Employee resource group.
