Control Command Engineer

About the role

ALTEN Maroc is seeking a Control Command Engineer to contribute to the development of the Train Control Management System (TCMS) for the TGV-M project. The role involves handling functional aspects of train subsystems such as climate control, braking, and energy management.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of functional specifications for one or more train functions.
• Write functional architecture specifications and principle diagrams for the train.
• Draft software development specifications for TCMS.
• Support and coordinate software development performed in India.
• Define and execute functional validation plans for the train.
• Collaborate with system, software, wiring, RAMS, and validation teams.
• Ensure compliance with the project requirements and railway standards.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (or equivalent university qualification) with significant railway control‑command experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably 5‑10 years.
• Strong ability to manage requirements, suppliers and conduct meetings.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and initiative.
