About the role

As a Customer Experience Specialist in the Delivery team at Tesla, you will welcome customers in the Casablanca showroom and guide them through the final steps of taking ownership of their new Tesla vehicle. You will act as the primary point of contact during the hand‑over, ensuring a smooth, friction‑less experience that reflects Tesla’s commitment to exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers, creating a positive first impression.
• Lead the delivery process: escort customers to their vehicle, conduct final check‑out, and perform pre‑delivery inspections.
• Provide a comprehensive product orientation, highlighting key features and operating instructions.
• Verify that all required documentation is complete and accurate before hand‑over.
• Serve as the post‑sale contact for any inquiries, offering support and information.
• Coordinate with the delivery team to keep customers informed about vehicle progress and delivery timelines.
• Assist with test drives when needed, showcasing performance and safety features.
• Maintain a professional attitude that aligns with Tesla’s brand values.

Required profile
