Customer Service Associate – Casablanca

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Casablanca team, supporting fintech and financial‑services customers across multiple channels. The role offers exposure to an international business environment and the chance to develop expertise in financial markets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support via live chat, phone and email, addressing product, platform and promotion inquiries.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Accurately record and update customer information and related documentation.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks for the team.
• Translate customer announcements and notices when required.
• Maintain high service standards to contribute to a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Tertiary education or equivalent qualification.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in French, Spanish or Italian (mandatory).
• 1–2 years of relevant customer‑service experience, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
