Customer Service Associate – Casablanca

About the role

Hytech is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join its Casablanca team. You will support customers across live chat, phone and email, handling inquiries, complaints and feedback in a fast‑paced fintech environment. This full‑time position offers exposure to an international business setting while working onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, timely support via live chat, phone and email.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products, platforms and promotions.
• Handle feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Accurately record and update customer information and documentation.
• Offer administrative and operational assistance to the team as needed.
• Translate customer announcements and notices when required.
• Maintain a high standard of service to contribute to a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Tertiary education, diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in French, Spanish or Italian (at least one).
• 1–2 years of relevant customer‑service experience (preferred).
• Experience in financial services, fintech or Forex is a plus.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
