Data Controller / Data Analyst

About the role

Join Capgemini Engineering as a Data Controller / Data Analyst supporting the Parts and Services team. You will help minimise Vehicles Off Road (V.O.R.) by automating key reports and supply‑chain KPIs, ensuring data‑driven decisions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Automate weekly and monthly VOR reporting, including market views, age clusters, velocity classes, supplier breakdowns and top‑10 supplier analyses.
• Develop automated daily and monthly Fill and Backorder reports, providing detailed fill analysis and identifying top backorder items.
• Create and maintain monthly supply‑chain KPI dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using Teams, Google Meet and other communication tools.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in data management or a related industrial environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data quality and reporting.
• Fluent in French and English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work independently.
