Data Management Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Data Management Assistant to support daily data management activities. The role is fully remote and involves ensuring that information across spreadsheets, databases and internal systems is accurate, up‑to‑date and well‑structured.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, organize and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets and internal platforms.
• Review information for accuracy, completeness and consistency; identify and correct errors, duplicates and inconsistencies.
• Perform regular data validation and quality checks.
• Organize and maintain digital files, records and documentation.
• Assist with data imports, exports and system updates.
• Collect, consolidate and format information from multiple sources into reports and summaries.
• Track data‑related tasks, updates and pending items.
• Research missing or inconsistent information and update records as needed.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
• Support team members with data‑related requests and administrative tasks.
