Développeur MS Dynamics – Tech Lead (Freelance)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics developer who will also act as a technical lead on a freelance basis. The candidate will work on Dynamics 365 solutions and Power Apps for a client in Casablanca, delivering high‑quality code and guiding the development team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications using C#.
• Build and maintain Power Apps solutions that integrate with Dynamics.
• Lead a small development team, providing technical direction and code reviews.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices, are scalable, and meet performance standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong background in C# programming.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP) and Power Apps.
• Fluent in French; English optional.
• Ability to work independently as a freelancer and lead a technical team.
