About the role

NTU International is seeking an experienced Event Production Director to join the team for an EU‑funded visibility and public diplomacy project in Morocco. You will lead the design, planning and execution of high‑impact events that showcase the European Union’s work and strengthen EU‑Morocco partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, plan and manage institutional, cultural and professional events from start to finish.
• Coordinate logistics, venues, technical equipment and third‑party service providers.
• Ensure all events align with the project’s strategic communication and visibility objectives.
• Supervise on‑site production teams and manage budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with communication, media and diplomatic teams to integrate messaging.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of professional experience in event production, event management or related fields.
• Higher education degree (BAC+4) in event management, communication, cultural project management, audiovisual or stage production, or a related discipline. If the degree is not held, at least ten years of relevant experience is required.
• Fluent French; knowledge of Arabic, Moroccan Darija and English is considered an asset.
