E-Commerce Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Consultant to help our clients develop, optimise and manage their online retail activities. The role involves analysing performance data, identifying growth opportunities and delivering strategies that boost sales and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement e‑commerce strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyse online sales performance, customer behaviour, conversion rates and traffic.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, acquisition and retention.
• Optimise the customer journey and overall shopping experience.
• Manage and optimise e‑commerce platforms, product catalogs, pricing, promotions and stock visibility.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, logistics and customer service teams.
• Define and monitor KPIs, prepare regular reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Support digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEA, social media, email and online advertising.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in E‑commerce, Digital Marketing, Business, IT or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital consulting or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical digital solutions.
• Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders and managing multiple projects.
