EE Control Architect

About the role

ALTEN Morocco, an engineering and technology consulting firm serving automotive, railway, R&D, IT, telecommunications and media clients, is looking for an EE Control Architect. The role defines and maintains the electrical and electronic (E/E) architecture of vehicles, working with Vehicle System Architects and Infrastructure Architects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze functional changes and their impact on the E/E architecture, and contribute to E/E allocation concepts and architecture definition.
• Ensure consistency between functional specifications, subsystem allocations and the E/E baseline architecture, and verify compliance with component, infrastructure and vehicle constraints.
• Participate in Design Groups and build and maintain interface synthesis, system mapping and architecture documentation, including EEAD, DCI files and allocation summaries.
• Analyze operational and timing requirements, and contribute to Functional Safety and Cybersecurity architecture activities.
• Manage product diversity and ensure architecture compliance across vehicle configurations, and support issue resolution with architecture recommendations.
• Use CATIA V6, ENOVIA, EEA, VISION and OSACA to develop, review and maintain E/E architecture data.

Required profile

• Master's degree (BAC+5) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Embedded Systems.
• Experience in automotive E/E architecture and subsystem design, with functional analysis, system allocation and interface management.
• Knowledge of vehicle domains such as Cockpit, Body, Chassis, ADAS, Infotainment and Connected Services.
• Understanding of the automotive V-Cycle and Functional Safety and Cybersecurity concepts.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and reporting skills, able to work in an international, multidisciplinary environment.
