Electrician – Maintenance & Installation

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our facilities team in Rabat. You will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment in accordance with safety standards and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, and fixtures using hand and power tools.
• Inspect and diagnose malfunctioning tools, equipment, and electrical systems.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components.
• Use testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes to verify system performance.
• Plan layout and installation of wiring and fixtures based on job specifications and the National Electric Code.
• Read and follow blueprints and schematics.
• Respond to repair requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of parts and requisition supplies as needed.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, reporting hazards or incidents promptly.

Required profile

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
• At least 2 years of related electrical work experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• No supervisory experience required.

Required skills

• Electrical wiring installation and maintenance.
• Use of testing devices (ohmmeter, voltmeter, oscilloscope).
• Blueprint and schematic reading.
• Knowledge of National Electric Code and local electrical codes.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
