Event Management Advisor

About the role

BIGO is a fast‑growing Singapore technology company that connects millions of users through its AI‑powered video platforms. As an Event Management Advisor you will help build and nurture online communities, work closely with creators and partners, and support the execution of marketing campaigns across its global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow online communities while establishing long‑term partnerships with creators and community stakeholders.
• Manage key accounts by gathering partner feedback, driving negotiations, and fostering strong collaborative relationships.
• Analyze campaign performance on a monthly basis and provide data‑driven recommendations to improve business outcomes.
• Create visually compelling materials such as posters, social media graphics, and other promotional assets.
• Identify and onboard high‑potential communities, leveraging internal and external resources to maximize growth and visibility.
• Prepare weekly reports on operational progress, campaign performance, and key business metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus and recent graduates are welcome.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical ability with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic graphic design skills are preferred.
• Understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
• Self‑motivated, quick learner with a results‑oriented approach and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
