Expert logistique de communication (Projet UE au Maroc)

About the role

NTU International is building a team of non‑key experts for a new EU‑funded project that aims to increase the visibility of the European Union in Morocco. The Communication Logistics Expert will provide operational support for strategic communication activities, events and workshops.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistical aspects of communication campaigns, events and workshops.
• Manage invitations, participant lists and venue arrangements.
• Source and liaise with suppliers, service providers and other external partners.
• Handle the procurement, storage and distribution of communication materials and supplies.
• Support administrative tasks related to event planning and execution.

Required profile

• Professional diploma in logistics, administrative management, event management or operational communication (or at least 4 years relevant experience if the diploma is not held).
• Fluent French is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic, Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and English is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of general experience in communication logistics, event support or administrative coordination.
• Specific experience in logistical support for communication activities, events or workshops.
