Facilities Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to ensure the operational excellence of our centre in Casablanca. The role combines technical oversight, budget optimisation, and day‑to‑day management of the premises to create a safe and efficient working and learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the upkeep, maintenance, and layout of the premises.
• Supervise new works and optimise workspaces.
• Monitor service providers and the site maintenance plan.
• Oversee purchases, supplies, and materials required for smooth operation.
• Develop, monitor, and analyse the general resources budget, seeking cost optimisation.
• Ensure site security, including video surveillance, compliance, fire prevention, and staff training.
• Supervise reception and classroom management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in maintenance, logistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in general services or facilities management.
• Strong organisational skills, rigor and responsiveness.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using facility management or other management software.
• Knowledge of video surveillance and security systems.
