Field Operator – Casablanca

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a dedicated Field Operator to join its water treatment facility in Casablanca. You will work on the safe handling of chemicals and ensure optimal performance of reverse osmosis and seawater treatment systems, contributing to sustainable infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Handle hazardous chemicals using proper PPE and follow MSDS guidelines.
• Perform chemical loadings and monitor reverse osmosis (RO) and seawater treatment system performance.
• Conduct routine inspections of industrial pumps, filtration units, and piping valves.
• Carry out water sampling and execute chemical/quality tests.
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation faults to minimize downtime.

Required profile

• Knowledge of safe handling of hazardous chemicals, PPE, and MSDS.
• Ability to monitor RO and seawater treatment systems.
• Experience performing inspections, water sampling, and chemical testing.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
