Field Sales Representative – Decorative Wood Surfaces

About the role

Our client, a leading importer and distributor of high‑pressure laminate and wood veneer decorative surfaces, is looking for a proactive Field Sales Representative based in Casablanca. The role focuses on a premium, technical segment serving architects, interior designers, joiners, fit‑out specialists and other interior decoration professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop a portfolio of professional clients such as architects, interior designers, joiners, fit‑out companies, engineering offices and secondary‑work contractors.
• Provide product prescription early in project cycles, presenting the full range of high‑pressure laminates, wood veneers and related accessories.
• Advise customers on material selection based on technical and aesthetic constraints.
• Prepare commercial offers, negotiate terms and follow through to delivery.
• Maintain regular field presence through site visits, showroom tours, workshop inspections and architect office meetings.
• Monitor ongoing projects and market competition in the Casablanca area.
• Collect market feedback and client needs to help evolve the product offering.

Required profile

• Proven commercial experience selling to professionals, preferably in architecture, joinery or secondary‑work sectors.
• Familiarity with wood‑derived products and decorative materials is a plus.
• Strong field orientation with a passion for prospecting, client visits and product prescription.
• Ability to convey technical offers and explain their applications.
• Self‑driven, organized and capable of structuring own activity.
• Excellent command of French; English is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license and mobility within the Casablanca region.
