About the role
We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Supervisor to join our newly established logistics company. The role will support the integration of financial control, cash‑flow management and reporting across sea, air, land and warehousing operations, ensuring the business runs efficiently and profitably.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee invoicing processes and ensure timely issuance of invoices.
- Monitor receivables and payables, maintaining accurate records.
- Track shipment‑level profitability and align financial data with operational performance.
- Prepare cash‑flow forecasts, manage bank accounts and execute payments (SWIFT, transfers).
- Perform bank reconciliations and support banking operations.
- Produce regular financial reports for the CEO, partners, CFO and COO.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of banking processes and cash‑flow management.
- High level of accuracy, reliability and accountability.
- Fluent in French, Arabic and English (mandatory).
- Experience in the logistics sector is highly preferred.
