About the role

The Guest Services Agent will be the first point of contact for guests at Four Seasons Casablanca, delivering the brand’s hallmark of luxury hospitality with genuine heart. Situated on a beach just ten minutes from the centre of Morocco’s largest city, the hotel features 185 rooms, several dining venues, a spa, fitness centre and an outdoor pool with private cabanas. The role supports the creation of memorable experiences that reflect Four Seasons’ commitment to treating every guest as you would wish to be treated.
