About the role
We are seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a new contemporary Italian‑Moroccan restaurant opening in the Rabat area, scheduled for December 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all kitchen operations, ensuring consistent quality standards.
- Oversee high‑volume service while controlling costs and maintaining profitability.
- Train and develop the kitchen brigade and work closely with the Culinary Director and management team.
- Contribute to concept development and future restaurant openings.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in structured, high‑volume restaurant environments.
- Strong background in contemporary Italian cuisine, with international experience preferred.
- Leadership, organisational skills and a quality‑ and profitability‑oriented approach.
- Experience in Morocco, the Middle East or other international markets is a strong advantage.
What we offer
- Permanent contract starting December 2026.
- Net salary €2,700‑€3,000 per month plus housing allowance.
