HR Intern – Alternance & PFA Positions

About the role

ALTEN Delivery Center Maroc is expanding its Human Resources team in Rabat and is looking for motivated students to join as HR interns. Two types of positions are available: a paid alternance internship and a PFA (final‑year project) internship. Both roles will support the HR department in daily operations and strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for HR processes, including file management and documentation.
• Assist in the execution of transversal HR projects, such as recruitment drives or employee engagement initiatives.
• Help track HR metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Master’s program (1st or 2nd year) in Human Resources or a related field for the alternance position; or holding a Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Human Resources for the PFA position.
• Residing in Rabat, Salé or Témara.
• Basic knowledge of HR management principles.
• Strong written and spoken French communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, motivated, and able to work collaboratively.
