About the role

The HR Winter Internship Summit is a one‑day immersive experience at Procter & Gamble’s Casablanca office, designed to give top talent a realistic glimpse into the life of a P&G HR manager. Participants receive personalized training, tackle real business case studies, and enjoy networking activities, all aimed at accelerating the path to a winter internship.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR projects focused on employee engagement, benefits, compensation, recruitment, and learning & development.
• Analyze business cases and propose data‑driven solutions to improve HR processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement HR initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior HR leaders.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem‑solving.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver commitments.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, diverse environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to adapt communication style to various stakeholders.
