About the role
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a division of Arrow Electronics Group, is seeking a German‑speaking Inside Sales Associate to support its IT services business in Casablanca. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate data management and smooth vendor interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain customer, lead, and sales activity data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including documentation and reporting.
- Handle vendor requests and resolve issues related to orders.
Required profile
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
