About the role
The Inside Sales Executive will be a key driver of revenue growth for Aramex, focusing on generating and qualifying leads, nurturing customer relationships, and closing sales. Working closely with the Sales Manager and marketing team, the role supports the broader sales effort and helps achieve targets.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers through phone, email, social media and other channels.
- Qualify leads by matching customer needs with Aramex products and services.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database and ensure data integrity in the CRM system.
- Track sales activities, manage the pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and reports.
- Collaborate with field sales to ensure smooth hand‑over from qualification to closure.
- Renew contracts on time and reactivate inactive customers to boost revenue.
- Prepare offers and rates, follow up on billing adjustments and COD transfers.
- Drive adoption of e‑tools and ensure privacy of customer data.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 2‑3 years of experience in e‑commerce sales.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a focus on customer success.

- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Salesforce (or similar CRM)
