IT Business Solutions Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Solutions Manager to join JTI’s Information Technology team. The role will define and drive the IT solution strategy for a manufacturing factory, aligning technology initiatives with business growth and transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and maintain the IT solution strategy in line with factory objectives and the IT Lead.
• Act as solution architect, selecting, designing and delivering IT solutions that support factory growth.
• Engage business stakeholders to understand processes, translate requirements into technology solutions, and ensure alignment with priorities.
• Provide consultancy on mapping technologies and services to business needs, managing demand and stakeholder expectations.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for business transformation projects, defining required technology solutions and assessing impact.
• Lead planning and execution of approved IT projects following JTI’s Project Management Framework, standards, and J‑SOX controls.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring seamless project delivery while maintaining day‑to‑day operations.
• Manage third‑party solution providers and external project resources, ensuring compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Oversee project budgets with fiscal discipline and transparency.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Technical Science or a strong IT background.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience managing Business Solutions/Application teams, including people management where relevant.
• Experience in multinational companies is preferred.
• Good understanding of business processes in the FMCG industry.
