IT Business Solutions Manager

About the role

JT International is looking for an experienced IT Business Solutions Manager to join its Information Technology team. The role focuses on defining and delivering IT solution strategies that support the factory’s growth and transformation objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate the IT solution strategy for the factory, aligning with the factory ASP and IT Lead.
• Act as solution architect, driving selection, design and delivery of mobile, cloud and BI solutions.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand processes, map technologies to needs and ensure alignment with factory priorities.
• Lead planning and execution of approved IT projects following JTI’s Project Management Framework and J‑SOX controls.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, manage third‑party providers and maintain fiscal discipline over project budgets.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer or Technical Science or a strong IT background.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience managing Business Solutions/Application teams, including people management where relevant.
• Experience in multinational companies is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of business processes in the FMCG industry.
