Junior Business Analyst

About the role

JHC Consulting is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support advisory mandates for a financial services partner. The role focuses on rigorous review of internal corporate strategy documents and the production of high‑quality written memoranda.

Key responsibilities

• Read and analyse large volumes of internal reports, meeting minutes and financial statements to identify gaps and logical inconsistencies.
• Draft concise, plain‑English summaries and formal memoranda that capture business problems and governance issues.
• Conduct independent research on industry benchmarks, regulatory requirements and external market data.
• Fact‑check client claims against external sources and assist in the revision process to ensure clarity and precision.
• Maintain a detailed log of reviewed materials for future reference.
• Participate in internal briefing sessions to discuss argument merits.
