Junior Security Analyst

About the role

The Group Security Operations team’s Threat Operations Center is looking for a Junior Security Analyst to help manage cybersecurity threats, identify and mitigate security issues, and support the global security services of Forvis Mazars. You will work closely with the Attack Surface Management and Security Operations Center units to protect the firm’s digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement new and iterate on existing technology to identify and mitigate security issues.
• Own and manage identified threats and vulnerabilities to ensure complete remediation.
• Contribute to team strategy for managing threats and vulnerabilities.
• Participate in rapid‑action efforts or emergency response as needed.
• Develop, evangelize, and iterate on threat and vulnerability management practices.
• Improve Group Security Operations Center processes through automation.

Required profile

• Experience implementing integrations with Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender XDR.
• Experience developing playbooks for Microsoft Sentinel using Logic Apps, Microsoft Graph API, and KQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Team‑oriented attitude.
