Lead Salesforce Consultant

About the role

As the Lead Salesforce Consultant at Leyton CognitX, you will drive the design, build, and delivery of advanced Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Agentforce and AI-driven capabilities. You will act as both a trusted advisor to clients and a hands‑on technical leader, ensuring each engagement creates measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client business requirements into robust, scalable Salesforce solution designs.
• Define data models, integration patterns, and technical approaches aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Design and implement Agentforce agents and AI‑powered experiences (Einstein, Prompt Builder, Agentforce actions and topics).
• Lead development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs, enforcing coding standards and technical quality.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery, including build, integration, testing, and CI/CD deployment.
• Conduct workshops, demos, and solution presentations for business and technical stakeholders.
• Advise clients on Salesforce roadmap, AI adoption, and platform ROI.
• Mentor junior consultants and developers, guiding technical and functional topics.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex Salesforce solutions.
• Strong technical leadership and ability to act as primary client contact.
• Experience guiding teams through estimation, scoping, and staffing.
• Familiarity with responsible AI and data‑governance principles.
