Lead Salesforce Consultant

About the role

The Lead Salesforce Consultant drives the design, build and delivery of Salesforce solutions for Leyton CognitX clients, with a strong focus on Agentforce and AI‑driven capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client business requirements into robust, scalable Salesforce solution designs, defining data models and integration patterns.
• Design and implement Agentforce agents and AI‑powered experiences (Einstein, Prompt Builder, Agentforce actions).
• Lead hands‑on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and APIs, enforcing coding standards and quality.
• Act as primary technical point of contact, run workshops, demos and advise on Salesforce roadmap and AI adoption.
• Guide delivery squads, mentor junior consultants and support estimation, scoping and staffing for engagements.
• Ensure delivery follows methodology, manage technical risks and contribute reusable assets to the practice.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end development and delivery experience on the Salesforce platform across multiple full‑lifecycle implementations.
• Hands‑on experience with Agentforce and AI technologies within Salesforce (Einstein, Prompt Builder, generative AI use cases).
• Solid client‑facing consulting experience in professional services or systems‑integrator environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and own solution delivery from build to deployment.
