Loss Prevention Supervisor – Hotel

About the role

The Loss Prevention Supervisor ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets at the Rabat Marriott Hotel. This role combines proactive patrols, emergency response, and incident investigation to maintain a secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the hotel and secure guest rooms.
• Assist guests with room access and respond to emergencies.
• Conduct emergency‑response drills and daily safety inspections.
• Investigate incidents, interview witnesses, and complete detailed reports.
• Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels, authorizing access to secured zones.
• Administer first aid/CPR and coordinate with EMS when needed.
• Defuse disturbances, resolve safety hazards, and handle guest complaints.
• Escort unwelcome persons from the property and enforce alcohol‑service regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of reports and release information only to authorized personnel.
• Provide required paperwork and documentation to employees and management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of loss‑prevention or security experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.

Required skills

• CCTV monitoring and alarm system operation.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Incident investigation and reporting.
• Key control audit and access authorization.
