About the role

The APLS (Other Self‑Service Products) Rayonnage Manager is responsible for shaping the product assortment strategy for the self‑service category within Label'Vie’s retail network. Reporting to senior commercial leadership, the role combines category development, store team coaching, and project management to drive profitability and market relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and regularly revise the assortment structure for the APLS product category.
• Develop new product categories and expand existing ones in line with commercial strategy.
• Train and support store teams on category concepts, merchandising standards, and promotional execution.
• Design and implement action plans per product category to achieve sales and margin targets.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, ensuring alignment with the overall commercial strategy.
• Monitor performance indicators, produce regular reports, and adjust tactics based on results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2/3) in Commerce, Distribution, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail category management or assortment planning.
• Proven ability to develop commercial plans and product offers.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, product potential, and positioning.
• Experience in evaluating product performance and recommending assortment adjustments to improve profitability.
• Effective reporting and performance‑tracking capabilities.
