About the role

Join SD Worx as a Manual/Automation Tester to ensure the quality of SAP UI5 solutions integrated with SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll. You will work closely with development and business teams to validate functionality, identify defects, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing of frontend applications built on SAP UI5.
  • Execute manual testing of backend applications in SAP HCM / SAP ECP environments.
  • Create, update, and run test scenarios and test cases.
  • Analyze test results, document and report defects.
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve issues.
  • Support the definition of test strategies and enhance QA processes.
  • (Optional) Develop and maintain automated tests, including AI‑based solutions.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in manual testing of IT systems.
  • Understanding of testing methodologies and the software development life cycle.
  • Ability to write clear test cases and defect reports.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP HCM/ECP and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and creative problem‑solving.
  • Fluent English for an international work environment.
