Marketing Brand Supervisor

About the role

Speedaf, an integrated logistics provider operating across emerging markets, is seeking a creative and execution‑driven Marketing Brand Supervisor for its Morocco operations. Based in Casablanca, you will translate the company’s brand strategy into impactful marketing activities that strengthen brand presence and influence in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the brand positioning and image for the Moroccan market.
• Develop and execute brand communication strategies across online and offline channels.
• Manage the localization and consistent application of the visual identity system.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and monitor industry trends.
• Plan and implement annual and quarterly integrated marketing plans.
• Organize key events such as franchisee conferences, exhibitions, client appreciation events, and brand launches.
• Oversee content strategy and operations for social media, website, and digital marketing channels.
• Design and produce promotional materials including brochures, posters, videos, and giveaways.
• Manage marketing budgets, track campaign effectiveness, and deliver post‑event reports with optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service and coordinate external partners such as agencies and media.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand planning, event planning or related marketing roles.
• Experience in logistics, express delivery, e‑commerce or service‑industry marketing is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop brand systems and integrated campaigns.
• Fluent in French and Arabic; business‑level English.
• Creative, proactive, and strong planning capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
