Marketing Coordinator – Maghreb & West Africa

About the role

Support the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing activities across the Maghreb and West Africa regions to boost brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth. You will coordinate campaigns, manage marketing materials and POSM, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful implementation of marketing plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute advertising, promotional and communication campaigns in line with brand guidelines across all SBUs.
• Manage budgets, purchase orders and resources to ensure timely, cost‑efficient execution.
• Drive trade‑marketing and merchandising projects, ensuring excellent in‑store execution and shopper engagement.
• Oversee digital communication, working with agencies to create compelling online content.
• Support new product introductions and launches, from business case to artwork development.
• Maintain activity calendars, project timelines and monitor performance through ROI and KPI analysis.
• Organise customer events, workshops, trade shows and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Legal and Regulatory functions.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, organisational and planning abilities.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with a hands‑on, methodical approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, adaptability and teamwork.
