About the role

The Marketing Winter Internship Summit offers a unique, one‑day immersion at Procter & Gamble’s Casablanca office. Participants experience the life of a P&G manager through personalized training, real case studies and interactive activities, giving a fast‑track view of the winter internship program.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑lead a new product launch or evaluate existing brand strategies.
• Conduct monthly market and brand analyses, gather cross‑functional input and recommend corrective actions.
• Design and execute brand campaigns across media, digital, CRM, in‑store and PR channels.
• Lead campaign briefs for regional localization or local build‑up and monitor execution.
• Support digital marketing efforts, including visibility, content creation, local partnerships and e‑commerce.
• Co‑develop market and initiative reviews.
• Organize internal events and contribute to team collaboration.

Required profile

• Students graduating in the fiscal year 2027, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• Committed to a minimum three‑month internship.
• Passionate about marketing and brand management.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and creative problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven achievements in academic or extracurricular activities.
• Proficient in English.
