About the role
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Physician to join Aya Gold & Silver’s health and safety team at its mining operations in Tinejdad, Morocco. The role involves conducting pre‑employment, periodic, return‑to‑work and request‑based medical examinations, as well as supporting the overall occupational health program.
Key responsibilities
- Perform pre‑employment, periodic, return‑to‑work and ad‑hoc medical examinations.
- Monitor workplace hygiene and lead the health and safety committee.
- Identify, analyze and advise on occupational risks and preventive measures.
- Prepare monthly and annual occupational health reports.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety, risk management and CSR standards.
Required profile
- Medical doctorate (MD) with a specialization in occupational medicine.
- 5–10 years of experience in occupational health, preferably in the mining sector.
- Valid driving licence (category B).
- Strong professional discretion and ability to work independently.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
