Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant

About the role

Müller's Solutions is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to help clients optimise their CRM processes. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and deliver tailored Dynamics CRM solutions that improve sales, marketing and service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather detailed business requirements and analyse existing CRM processes.
• Configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) to meet client objectives.
• Develop functional specifications and documentation for technical implementation teams.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and support clients during go‑live.
• Deliver training sessions to ensure effective user adoption.
• Provide ongoing support and strategic advice on Dynamics CRM features.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new releases, updates and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT or a related field.
• At least 3 years of functional consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Strong business analysis abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience with CRM modules for Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus.
